Roasted Grapes
We’re savoring the last falling leaves with a roasty cheese and charcuterie spread. This cozy board features The Swan and The Doe paired with cured salami, marinated mixed olives, slices of raisin walnut bread, pepitas, roasted delicata squash rings, and a bunch of roasted grapes. Yes, roasted grapes! Here’s how to make them.
What You’ll Need:
As many bunches of grapes as you’d like
Olive oil
Salt to taste
Fresh thyme, optional
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place washed grapes on the parchment paper and drizzle with a bit of olive oil. Top with salt and fresh thyme.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the grapes begin to blister and are your desired roastiness. Cool before serving.
