Roasted Red Pepper & Calabrian Chili Cheese Dip
Think of this as Pimento Cheese’s cooler older sister. Supremely easy to make and addictive to eat, our Roasted Red Pepper and Calabrian Chili Cheese Dip featuring our 5 Year Aged Cheddar is ready to party. Minimal ingredients lead to maximum flavor—and it all comes together in about 15 minutes.
What You’ll Need:
2 cups 5 Year Aged Cheddar, shredded
8oz block of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon crushed Calabrian chilis
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, finely chopped
Directions:
Add the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until completely combined. If you love heat, add more Calabrian chilis.
Serve with buttery crackers (like a classic Ritz), tortilla chips, or fresh veggies. This dip keeps well in the fridge for about a week.
