What You’ll Need:
7 Year Proprietor’s Grand Reserve Aged Cheddar, shredded
Granny Smith apples, cubed
Arugula
Candied pecans
Rustic Cider & Mustard Vinaigrette
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
1 teaspoon shallot, minced
1 tablespoon honey
How To Make It:
Prepare your ingredients. For the vinaigrette, whisk together all ingredients in a bowl or jar.
