Lemon Truffle Caesar Dip

Do you love black truffle, lemony caesar, and all the veggies? Then this Lemon Truffle Caesar Dip is for you! It’s easy to make and even easier to love paired with your favorite raw vegetables and sourdough bread.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5.3 oz wedge The Wild Boar, finely shredded

  • 4oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 small clove garlic, pressed

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Fresh thyme, to garnish

 Directions:

  1. Add the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend together using an electric hand mixer. Once blended, transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with the fresh thyme.

  2. Enjoy at room temperature for a dippable, spreadable texture.
