Every mustard we have tried from Old Brooklyn is deliciously addictive. This one is a blend of whole yellow mustard seeds infused with C-Town Double IPA from Collision Bend Brewing Co., pickled brown mustard seeds, pickled jalapeños, and Kaffir lime leaves. Paired with tangy Vat 17, it brings out the cheese's bright acidity and bold flavor.
