Here’s what we’re having fireside: apple cider cocktails + 7 Year Proprietor’s Grand Reserve. We infused Camp Craft Cocktails’ Mountain Pass Base Camp Kit with Great Lakes Distillery Kinnickinnic Whiskey, and poured it with Wisconsin apple cider from Redmond’s Apple Basket Orchard. The resulting drink complements crisp spiced apple with notes of tobacco and thyme, a marvelous match for a robust aged Cheddar.
