Ginny Elderflower Lemonade

Who else loves a two ingredient cocktail? If you’re looking for an easy end-of-week drink, create this simple Ginny Elderflower Lemonade. The delicate floral and herbal notes of the elderflower and gin play well with The Indigo Bunting’s blue strain, and the lemon’s bright acidity creates the perfect balance with the cheese’s butteriness.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1.5 oz of your favorite gin

  • Elderflower lemonade, we used one from Belvior Fruit Farm

  • A lemon slice to garnish

  • A sprig of thyme to garnish

How To Make It:

  1. Chill your glass of choice and your elderflower lemonade. We used a coupe glass for this cocktail.

  2. When ready to serve, add ice and gin to a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into the chilled glass. Top with elderflower lemonade.

  3. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of thyme. Just top your favorite crackers with The Indigo Bunting and enjoy this playful pairing!
