The Fawn and Sweet Apple Salad

One of the things we look forward to each Fall is the bounty of sweet, freshly harvested apples that are so readily available. While we enjoy many different kinds of apples, we continuously find ourselves searching out our beloved Honeycrisp apples. This recipe for The Fawn and Sweet Apple Salad pairs our sweetly nutty The Fawn with fresh, crisp apples. The other ingredients round out the salad to create the perfect balance of sweet and savory, creamy and crunchy.
